I’m a speaking, visibility and confidence coach with a positive and encouraging approach. We work with your goals and build out a plan to reach them. I’m supportive, sensitive and kind (football coach bullying is definitely not my style.) I’m empathetic, honest and my work is to help you reach your goals (not fulfill whatever agenda I might have).

FYI, I’m not a perfectionist. I’m not always “polished”. I swear, I embrace my emotions (and yours) and have a not-so-secret mission to support positive change in the world.

There are a few different ways to work with me, but a good starting point is 1:1 with Dynamic Presence. I have classical theatre training and over 30 years of performance experience that informs my time-tested, simple and solid training format that you can use both to expand your visibility, and to recover from a setback.

I’ve also completed expansive and eclectic coaching training that encompasses growth work, mindset development, human first leadership and building forward momentum.

Everybody’s needs are different and our work will reflect yours - I don’t take a formulaic approach. That also means that everyone’s outcomes will be different.

We’ll spend some time learning how to manage the fears that are holding you back and build your confidence using a variety of tools including shadow work, so that you can learn to reconnect with your inner voice and truly understand yourself. With proven techniques and guided practise, you’ll finally be able to get past the nagging inner critic and start to say YES!

It’s probably helpful to know that sometimes this work will ask you to face some difficult truths. Showing up with an open mind and an open heart (as I will be) will ensure your outcomes give you the biggest impact. i.e. you might have to get uncomfortable.
