Workshop overview:
The 4 Elements: Standing/Breathing/Speaking/Reading
(Approximately 60 minutes)
This is my signature training that I’ve done with thousands of folks over the years. Research-based, step by step training on physical presence, a strong voice and the ability to speak confidently.
Standing (Physical Presence) using the principles and philosophy of Alexander Technique; Breathing (Controlled and Deep) to maintain focus, stay calm and support a strong voice; Speaking (Optimum Pitch) to engage and enhance your communication; Reading (Text Mapping) to deliver your engaging presentation without sounding like a robot.
A supportive and energetic environment - my feedback is always delivered with compassion and kindness.
Essential Public Speaking Notes Workbook - an 18-page training manual, jam-packed with tips and tricks to foster your speaking growth, and filled with helpful exercises to keep you prepared with a full set of tools.
Prerecorded Mindfulness and Breathing Exercises - you can use these short exercises anywhere and anytime you need to calm down, stay focused, and be awesome.
15 Minute Break

(Approximately 75 minutes)
On the back half of the workshop, I get as many participants as possible up to try out the new techniques for about 2 minutes, and then I give them direct feedback. Everyone benefits because so much of it is universal. It’s a great opportunity for team building!
